Mohamad A. Chakaki

Mohamad A. Chakaki is an experienced professional in coaching and mentoring, currently serving as an Affiliated Trainer & Mentor at Coaching for Healing Justice and Liberation since April 2021 and as an Affiliated Coach for the Environmental Leadership Program since February 2015. Chakaki has academic experience as a faculty member at The Conway School, focusing on Urban Ecology & Community Engagement from May 2021 to May 2022. Previously, Chakaki co-directed Field & Network Development at the Center for Whole Communities from November 2014 to September 2021, enhancing transformative leadership for social and environmental justice. Additional roles include Senior Fellow in Urban Program Development and various consultancy positions in environment and community development. Chakaki's educational background includes ongoing studies as a PhD student in Transdisciplinary Leadership and Creativity for Sustainability at the University of Vermont, and advanced degrees from MIT and Yale in Environmental Management and Urban Ecology.
