Chloe Hiland

Chloe started at Coaching Right Now in 2019 and works as a Client Experience Manager, overseeing daily operations processes and logistics for large-scale coaching programs.

Prior to Coaching Right Now, Chloe worked for over 10 years in higher education as a career counselor and adjunct faculty member for student success and career development. She holds an MA in Professional Counseling and BS in Counseling Psychology. Chloe resides in southern MD, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. On weekends, you’ll probably find her trying out a new recipe or exploring the DC area.
