Willy Joseph

Willy Joseph has an extensive work experience beginning in 2006. In that year, they became a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and a Lead Software Engineer at Mentor Graphics. At Mentor Graphics, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer (SDE III) and then Software Engineer (SDE I). In 2011, they became the Principal Engineer and Owner of MeApps Studio LLC, where they designed, developed, and published sports mobile applications that reached #1 in Apple and Google Sport Categories. In 2013, they Co-Founded MeApps Corporation, where they architected and managed development of CoachMe Web Edition and engaged with ESPN and various talents on CoachMe 2.0 features. In 2017, they became the Tech Lead of Member Access at Nike. In 2018, they returned to CBS Interactive as Vice President of Product Management, Senior Director of Software Engineering, and Director of Software Engineering. In 2021, they Co-Founded Peadbo, and in 2022 they became the Global SA Leader of Data Sciences for Media & Entertainment at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Willy Joseph has a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Kettering University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. Willy also has two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, obtained in October 2022, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, obtained in December 2022.
