Maté Rivera-Uribe

Maté Rivera-Uribe is the CEO and Senior Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator at Embrace Life, LLC, with a tenure starting in November 2007. Recognized with the 2013 Prism Award and the 2012 Executive Coach of the Year Award, Maté has also served as an External Senior Executive Coach for Microsoft since June 2011, focusing on fostering long-term positive changes in leadership behaviors. Additionally, Maté has been a Senior Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator at CoachSource LLC since March 2011, providing coaching to senior leaders from various prominent organizations. Previous experience includes positions at Berlitz Athens Language Center as a Recruiter and Method Facilitator and at Microsoft Corporation as a Localization Program Manager. Maté holds certifications in Human Resources Management and Professional Coaching and an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
