Melissa Labor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at 12 Oaks Senior Living and as an Executive Coach with CoachSource LLC. Labor founded Bespoke People and Culture Strategies, focusing on tailored culture strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experiences. Prior to these roles, Labor held significant positions including Head of Talent at Amherst Holdings, CHRO at Granite Properties, Vice President of Human Resources at Reddy Ice, Vice President of Human Resources at Structure Tone Southwest, and Multi-District Human Resources Manager at Ross Stores, Inc. Labor began a career in HR management as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Venture Stores. Labor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Central Oklahoma.
