Sheila Shah is the Managing Director & Partner at L.E.K. Consulting in Chicago. Sheila has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including consulting, business development, and strategic sourcing.

Sheila started their career as a Strategic Sourcing Financial Analyst at New York Presbyterian Hospital, where they analyzed and recommended cost-savings and revenue enhancements for medical innovations used by nurses and physicians. Sheila then spent two years as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member at FEGS, a non-profit organization that provides social and human services to the most vulnerable populations.

In 2011, Sheila joined EY as a Senior Consultant in Healthcare Advisory Services. Sheila worked with clients on strategy, operations, and mergers & acquisitions in the healthcare industry. In 2013, they became a Research Fellow at Rock Health, an organization that supports and invests in digital health startups. Sheila completed their MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2015, during which time they interned at CipherHealth and Johnson & Johnson.

Sheila is passionate about improving access to quality healthcare and is an expert in strategy and operations within the healthcare industry.

Sheila Shah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Barnard College. Sheila then attended Columbia University and graduated with a second Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. Finally, Sheila Shah received their Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
