Brandon Wells, MPA has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2004 as an Interim Site Manager for the Owens Valley Career Development Center. In this role, they managed the prevention, client cash assistance, and adult education departments with an annual budget of $300,000. Brandon also authored and implemented drug, alcohol, and pregnancy prevention programs for at-risk children and teens, and stewarded gifts from local businesses. In 2006, they began working for Valley Yellow Pages as an Advertising Account Executive, and then for the University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Counselor. Brandon was promoted to Enrollment Supervisor and then Operations Manager, managing the daily operations of Hoosier Academy Virtual Schools, Hoosier Academy Indianapolis, and Hoosier Academy Muncie. In 2012, they became a Corporate Enrollment Representative for Indiana Wesleyan University, conducting community outreach to corporations in central and southeast Indiana. In 2014, they joined Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity as the Director of Volunteer Engagement. In 2019, they became the Executive Director of The Putnam County Community Foundation, responsible for the administration and management of the Foundation's strategic planning, programs, business operations, and fundraising. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Executive Director of BOSMA VISIONARY OPPORTUNITIES FOUNDATION INC. Additionally, since 2016 they have been a Private Baseball Coach, working primarily with athletes in their high school careers.

Brandon Wells, MPA attended California State University, Fresno, College of the Redwoods, and University of Phoenix. Brandon obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from University of Phoenix. Additionally, they obtained a certification from White Bison Inc. for "Wellbriety" Workshop Facilitation.
