David Tongolei

David Tongolei has worked in the recruitment field for over 15 years. David began their career in 2001 as a Security Agent for Snow College's Public Safety department, providing a uniformed presence and patrolling the college campus. In 2006, they moved on to become an Army Recruiter for Serco Inc., recruiting candidates for the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. In 2007, they joined Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. as a Recruiting Specialist. In 2013, they worked as a Private Football Coach for CoachUp. In 2016, they moved to CompHealth as a Physician Recruiter, recruiting physicians and residents for existing and future job openings across the U.S. Finally, in 2017, they joined Intermountain Healthcare as a Recruiter for Talent Acquisition.

David Tongolei received their A.S. in General Education from Snow College between 2001 and 2003. David then went on to receive their Bachelors in Physical Education from Idaho State University between 2004 and 2006.
