Matthew Farkas

Matthew Farkas has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Matthew began their career as an Assistant Manager at JackRabbit (formerly Running Specialty Group), where they provided professional service to customers and managed an expert staff. Matthew then became an Assistant Track & Field Coach at Lawrence Central High School, where they maintained a good workout plan for student athletes and attended track meets. In 2015, they took on the role of Claims Customer Service Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they received inbound calls from customers and successfully moved claims through the process. Matthew then became a Volunteer Cross Country Coach at Lawrence North High School in 2016. Matthew then took on the role of adidas Field Agent at Archrival Agents, where they increased sell-through of adidas running footwear, apparel, and accessories. In 2017, they became an Account Specialist at adidas, where they managed accounts and drove resolution to order issues. In 2019, they became a Senior Account Coordinator at The Rockport Company, where they managed the end to end order process of several high-volume key accounts. In 2020, they became a Customer Service Representative at Klean Athlete® Nutritional Supplements, where they oversaw specific accounts and achieved weekly metrics provided by management team. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Account Specialist at New Balance and a Running Coach at CoachUp.

Matthew Farkas obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs between 2009 and 2013. Matthew also obtained a Spanish Immersion Program certification from MSD of Lawrence Township in May 2009, an Indiana Insurance Adjuster License from AdjusterPro LLC in December 2015, and a RRCA Certified Coach certification from the Road Runners Club of America in May 2022.
