Randy Davis has worked in various roles since 2013. Randy began as a Private Coach for CoachUp and then became the Director/Owner, Coach for SEA Lacrosse, Inc. in 2012. In 2018, they became the Director of Rehabilitation Services for Oasis Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center and Defensive Lacrosse Coach for Palm Beach Central High School. Randy also served on the Board of Advisors for Keiser University Therapy Program in 2018. In 2019, they were an Outpatient Therapist for Select Medical and Owner, Business Development for Towel Dry Shower, LLC. In 2020, they became an Outpatient Therapist for Laruffa Sports and Spine and a Climate Reality Leader for The Climate Reality Project.

Randy Davis completed their high school education at Hereford High School from 1978 to 1981, studying literature and architecture. Randy then attended Delaware Tech., where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Architectural Engineering and Design from 1985 to 1986. Following this, they attended Salisbury University from 1982 to 1992. In 1992, they enrolled at Miami Dade College, where they earned an A.S. in Physical Therapy Assistant in 1994. From 2006 to 2020, they attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy. In 2020, they completed a Leadership training at the Climate Reality Project focusing on climate issues. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
