Sophie Rockow has worked in various roles in the soccer industry since 2015. In 2015, they were the Varsity Girls Soccer Assistant Coach and Program Goalkeeping Coach at Mount Si High School. In 2016, they were an Athletic Training Intern at Curtis Senior High School, where they learned and practiced various responsibilities and actions of an athletic trainer. Sophie was also a Coaching Intern at Washington Premier FC, where they learned how to develop, plan, and implement practice sessions. Since 2017, they have been the Head Coach of Varsity Girls Soccer at Mount Si High School, as well as a Private Soccer Coach at CoachUp, where they specialize in goalkeeping and provides training sessions for field players.
Sophie Rockow began their education in 2008 when they graduated from Mount Si High School with a High School Diploma. Sophie then attended Bellevue College from 2012 to 2014, graduating with an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) with Distinction. In 2014, they enrolled in Pacific Lutheran University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. Sophie also earned minors in Exercise and Sport Psychology and Coaching. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sophie Rockow holds certifications from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, Human Kinetics, and the American Red Cross.
