Account-based Marketing Manager

Marketing · San Jose, United States

Job description

Coactive makes it easy to search, filter, and analyze visual content. Increasingly image and video data captures the content we watch, the products we buy, and the work we do, and already represents 80% of internet traffic. But rather than being an asset, visual content is often a tax or even a liability because it is so hard to work with and understand. Coactive solves this by bringing structure to unstructured visual data. Rather than spending months (or years) building complex infrastructure, data teams can unlock the value of their visual data in minutes to power use cases such as content understanding and moderation, search, and analytics.

Coactive was founded by experts who shaped the fields of high-performance deep learning and data-centric AI. We have the scars from building and working with the first generation of modern machine learning systems at Google, Meta, Pinterest, eBay, Lyft, and other leading organizations. Through our decades of experience, we have developed a playbook to democratize the toughest parts of machine learning systems; no PhD required.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of Forbes' top 50 AI companies, backed by key investors such as Andreesen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. This position is truly a chance to be part of a category-defining team that is attracting top-tier talent interested in pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI.

As our ABM Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by developing and executing account-based marketing strategies targeting Fortune 500 companies in media & entertainment. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to build tailored engagement plans, using a range of tactics such as events, programmatic advertising, direct mail, and personalized content creation. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate pipeline, increase multi-threaded engagement, and drive new opportunities within key accounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Targeted ABM Campaigns: Craft and launch personalized, account-specific marketing campaigns targeting key media & entertainment companies, ensuring alignment and coordinated action between sales and marketing.
  • Drive Pipeline and Revenue Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline within target accounts, driving lead generation and achieving quarterly revenue targets. Track and optimize campaign performance to continually improve results.
  • Align Marketing and Sales for Account-Specific Strategy: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop shared workflows, target account lists, and playbooks for outreach, ensuring full visibility and alignment on ABM initiatives.
  • Implement Data-Driven Program Optimization: Use data and feedback to continually optimize ABM programs, reporting regularly on key metrics such as engagement, meetings booked, and pipeline growth. Partner with RevOps to improve campaign targeting and reporting.
  • Build a Scalable ABM Program: Create a replicable ABM framework that can be extended into new verticals and target accounts, including a documented playbook for expanding the program into new markets.

Our ideal candidate for this role has:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing ABM strategies targeting Fortune 500 or enterprise-level companies, particularly in media & entertainment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align marketing and sales efforts toward common goals.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience building ABM programs from the ground up, including playbooks, frameworks, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent execution skills – from writing compelling copy to managing multi-channel campaigns and organizing events.

What you can expect from us:

This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, California.
