Jarett Dukes is an experienced professional in human resources and hospitality management with a strong background in implementation consulting and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Field Implementation at CoAdvantage since January 2022, Jarett previously worked at Hawaii Human Resources as an Implementation Consultant, where tailored onboarding processes for new clients were completed. Jarett has also held roles at ProService Hawaii, where onboarding for the HRIS system was facilitated, and at The Royal Hawaiian and Hyatt Hotels, managing large event operations and banquet services. Early career experience includes managing food and merchandise venues at Universal Orlando Resort and various roles at Winn-Dixie Stores, including Centralized Cashier Trainer. Jarett holds a BS in Hospitality from the University of Central Florida.
