Amy Kopplin

Director of Customer Experience at Coakley Brothers

Amy Kopplin leads and directs the interiors design team.

With a focus on internal development, Amy rotates her staff from project to project to assure that they all become multi-faceted, just like the company’s client base. This helps the team excel at providing creative solutions for their customers.

Using the consultative approach, Amy and the team work to understand exactly what clients need in order to deliver the best design solution. This frequently leads to new ideas and unconventional approaches rather than pre-conceived designs. A LEED Green Associate, Amy can also help customers reduce their environmental footprint.

Amy has received her National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification. The NCIDQ is the industry’s measure of proficiency in design principles, not only for aesthetics but also for public health, safety and welfare.

Amy is a graduate of UW-Madison’s accredited Interior Design program, and holds certificates in Textile Science and Material Culture Studies. She is proficient in a myriad of interior design software platforms.
