Amanda Raymond

Amanda Raymond is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and HR management. Currently serving as General Manager of People Operations at Coal LSL since May 2022, Amanda has previously held significant roles such as Manager of People Partners and Senior HR Business Partner at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. Prior experience includes positions as Senior HR Business Partner at Greater Bank and Vice President in Employee Relations and Benefits at Deutsche Bank. Amanda's career began as an HR Generalist at Barclays Investment Bank, after which a foundational role as a Finance Broker-Trainee at Kellys Commercial Finance was undertaken. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and International Business from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2003.
