Crystal Evans

Crystal Evans serves as the General Manager of People Operations at The Star Entertainment Group since February 2025. Previously, Crystal held the position of General Manager - People & Culture at RSPCA Queensland from February 2023 to February 2025, where responsibilities included developing people-related strategies during a significant period of modernization, managing teams across various HR functions, and overseeing the implementation of new systems and frameworks. Prior roles include General Manager - People, Culture & Risk at Surf Life Saving Queensland, General Manager - People & Culture at AMS Group, and National Human Resources Manager at Premise. Crystal's HR career spans diverse sectors, beginning in various HR, payroll, and support roles from 1999 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Edith Cowan University and completion of the Company Director's Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2024.
