Tony Windever

Tony Windever currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Coal LSL, overseeing portable long service leave entitlements for the Australian black coal mining industry since September 2020. In addition, Tony holds the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Lifeline Australia and contributes as a Non-Executive Director and Committee Chair. Previously, Tony has held various leadership positions across technology firms, including Managing Director at Unisys and Adobe, where responsibility encompassed strategic planning and operational execution in the Asia Pacific region. Additional experience includes directing services sales at Dell and marketing roles in companies such as IFS and Westpac. Tony Windever is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Marketing from the University of Newcastle.
