Renee Kiprovich

Renee Kiprovich is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Coal Services Pty Limited since March 2016, Renee has progressed through several HR positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at iNova Pharmaceuticals and Human Resources Contractor at Aon. Renee has a strong foundation in employee relations, industrial relations, and performance management, with significant contributions to strategic HR functions at StarTrack from 2008 to 2015 in various capacities, including Manager of Human Resources NSW/ACT. With a solid educational background including a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, Renee has developed expertise in driving operational excellence and delivering quality HR consultancy services.
