Becky Blackburn

Becky’s current position with the agency is Director of Human Resources. Becky Blackburn began working with Coalfield CAP, Inc. in September 2007. She works with all of Coalfield CAP, Inc's programs. Becky's experience ranges from management in a technical support center to owning/operating her own business to working at a sister community action agency.

Becky attended Morehead State University (Morehead, KY), where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Becky is a GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator).
