Chief Human Development Officer at Coalfield Development

Kelli Crabtree is the current Chief Human Development Officer at Coalfield Development. Kelli has also been the Director of Crisis Services at Prestera Center for Mental Health Services, Inc. from August 2012 to April 2015. In their previous position, they were responsible for the overall productivity of the programs and for monitoring performance to meet productivity and regulatory standards. Kelli also collaborated with internal Prestera programs to ensure continuity of care, as well as external entities such as local hospitals, mental health agencies, jails, law enforcement, and state level governmental entities. Under their leadership, the team was able to open two Crisis Stabilization Units in 2014 – Charleston & Logan.

Kelli Crabtree has a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Marshall University, a Masters in Counseling from Marshall University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from West Virginia University. Kelli Crabtree also has a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from West Virginia University.
