Victoria Parker, PHR, is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at Coalfire. Victoria has developed a robust background in recruitment, having held positions as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Senior Recruiter within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Recruiter at PrincePerelson and Associates and serving as a Wellness Intern at Moreton & Company. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Utah, attending from 2011 to 2016.
