Agathe Nougaret is an experienced international technical expert specializing in infrastructure climate change adaptation, currently holding positions at the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure and Expertise France since September 2022. Previously, Agathe served as Country Manager a.i. at UNOPS, managing operations in The Gambia and leading various programs across West Africa focused on resilient infrastructure, health procurement, and COVID-19 response, with a portfolio of approximately USD 20 million annually. With a background in urban planning and project management, Agathe has held significant roles including Senior Project Manager for the Greater Banjul 2040 project and Head of Programme for South Asia Hub, while also contributing expertise to organizations like VSO, CARE, and Oxfam. Agathe holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Institut d'Urbanisme de Paris and has completed advanced training through The World Bank Institute.
