Ron Mitnick has been working in the field of community development for over 10 years. Ron started their career as a customer support supervisor for Diebold Inc, a large corporation that provides financial self-service technologies, products, services, and solutions worldwide. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that they provided excellent service to Diebold's clients. Ron also oversaw the development of new customer support processes and procedures.
In 2010, Ron transitioned into a role as account performance manager for Diebold. In this role, they were responsible for managing the performance of Diebold's accounts and developing strategies to improve account performance. Ron also worked closely with Diebold's sales team to develop proposals for new clients and to provide support during the sales process.
In 2013, Ron left Diebold to join Conifer Health Solutions as an operations reporting analyst. In this role, they were responsible for gathering data and publishing monthly cash goals for Conifer's collector team. Ron also created ad hoc reports as requested by Conifer's clients and developed weekly and monthly metrics reports.
In 2015, Ron left Conifer to join ACTIVE Network as a service delivery manager. In this role, they were responsible for gathering data and publishing monthly results for ACTIVE's IT organization. Ron also managed rush events where international registrations opened up and systems needed to be monitored to ensure proper bandwidth. Additionally, Ron coordinated with ACTIVE's engineering, support, and programming teams
Ron Mitnick attended Stark State College in Canton, Ohio, where they received Six Sigma Green Belt Training. Ron also attended Armour - Dial Management Training Seminar in Phoenix, Arizona, and Borgman & Riff in Dallas, Texas, where they studied Texas Labor Law. Finally, they worked for Diebold, Inc. in Canton, Ohio, where they learned about fostering collaboration, time management, planning/organizing, advanced Excel, and team building.
