Laura Pooser

Laura Pooser is an experienced fundraising professional with a background in philanthropic leadership. Currently serving as a Fundraising Consultant at the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida since January 2023, Laura has previously held significant roles including Director of Philanthropy at Samaritan Village, Inc., where the focus was on supporting adult survivors of sex trafficking. Laura also served as Vice President of Major Gifts & Individual Giving at Heart of Florida United Way and as Director of Development at UCF Foundation, where efforts were concentrated on enhancing educational opportunities. Earlier in the career, Laura was the Senior Director of Major Gifts at Junior Achievement of Central Florida and operated as the Owner of Laura Pooser Design & Graphics, Inc. for two decades. Laura Pooser holds a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida.
