Chandni Sharma currently serves as Vice President & Head of Strategic Development at CAPE, leading initiatives to enhance Asian and Pacific Islander representation in media. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Culture at rhode skin and various roles at Goldman Sachs, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist and Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity Officer. Chandni was also a Fellow at the Clinton Global Initiative and has research experience from NYU Langone Health, focusing on neural pattern separation. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Adult Learning, Organization & Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University.
