Lindsey Migliore

Lindsey Migliore is a highly experienced professional in esports and sports medicine, currently serving as an Ergonomic Advisor at Secretlab and a Consultant at GamerTech™. As the Founder of GamerDoc, a consultancy focused on esports medicine, Lindsey applies scientific principles to enhance athlete health and performance. Additionally, Lindsey is the Executive Director and Founder of Queer Women of Esports, an organization promoting inclusivity within the esports community, and holds an Advisory Board position with the Coalition of Parents in Esports. In academia, Lindsey contributes as a Faculty Associate at the New York Institute of Technology's Center for Sports Medicine. Previously, Lindsey served as the Senior Director of Gaming & Performance at Evil Geniuses, overseeing competitive programs and advocating for a multidisciplinary approach to esports. With a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Wellesley College, Lindsey combines a strong medical background with a passion for gaming and wellness.
