John Littzi

John Littzi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at Coalition, Inc. since August 2022, John also holds a position on the Board of Directors for The New York Pops, the largest independent pops orchestra in the United States, since 2017. Previously, John worked at W. R. Berkley Corporation from 2011 to August 2022, where roles included Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and Vice President and Senior Counsel. John began a legal career as an Associate in M&A and Private Equity at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 2003 to 2011. Educational credentials include a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BS in Biology from Bucknell University.
