Michelle McArdle is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in underwriting and business development. Currently serving as the Central Underwriting Leader and Central Zone Leader at Coalition, Inc. since July 2019, Michelle has previously held positions such as Underwriting Director at CNA Insurance and Assistant Vice President at Ironshore Insurance. With early career roles including Senior Underwriter at Hiscox and Broker Assistant at CRC Insurance Services, Michelle has developed a comprehensive skill set in the insurance industry. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Kent State University.
