Matt Gleason

Matt Gleason is an experienced R&D Engineer at Coapt since July 2016 and previously worked as a Transmission Outage Control Engineer at Xcel Energy from June 2015 to June 2016, focusing on transmission-line database management. Prior to that role, Matt completed an internship at Minco Products, Inc. in 2014, where responsibilities included quality and reliability design analysis of various sensors and improving manufacturing processes. Earlier work experience includes serving as a waiter at Caspers Cherokee Bar and Grill and a camp counselor at the YMCA. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned in 2015, and graduated from Trinity School at River Ridge in 2011.
