Maarten Knecht

Maarten Knecht is an experienced construction manager with a diverse background in project management and site execution, currently serving as Bouwmanager at COARE Realisatie since September 2019, after previously holding the same position at the same company from April 2015 to June 2018. Prior to this, Maarten worked as an Allround Uitvoerder at DCV Bouw B.V. and has held various interim project begeleiden roles, contributing to significant projects such as the construction of 627 student units at Villa Mokum. With a strong educational foundation in construction management and a history that includes ownership of Knecht Bouw en Advies, Maarten has developed a comprehensive skill set in project preparation, coordination, and execution throughout a career spanning over two decades in the industry.
