Ania Cox

As Coast Capital’s Chief People Office, Ania is responsible for Coast Capital’s talent programs, processes, and policies. This includes optimizing people centered activities such as attraction and recruitment, professional development, recognition, rewards, and performance management to support the achievement of Coast Capital’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Coast, Ania held a variety of senior roles across the oil, gas and forestry industries within Canada, the United States, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. She has extensive knowledge in implementing innovative Human Resources and organizational effectiveness programs that maximize performance and improve employee engagement and leadership efficiency.

Ania holds a Masters of Organizational and Industrial Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science from York University. She actively contributes to a number of charity organizations in her community and has served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Vancouver Island Counselling.
