Rachel Deruiter

Rachel deRuiter is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the financial and employment verification sectors. Since July 2018, Rachel has been contributing to Coast Capital Savings as a Project Manager. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Sterling Talent Solutions from September 2014 to July 2018, advancing from Project Manager to Senior Technical Project Manager. Rachel's career began at BackCheck, where a variety of roles were held from May 2006 to August 2013, including Business Analyst, Product Manager, and Department Head. Rachel also served as a Lead Business Analyst at Sterling Infosystems Inc. from August 2013 to September 2014. Educationally, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Trinity Western University, complemented by studies at the Laurentian Leadership Centre in 2004.
