Siya Mishra

Siya Mishra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience intelligence and voice of customer programs. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Member Experience Intelligence at Coast Capital Savings since April 2019, Siya leads the member experience intelligence practice and supports human-centered research methodologies. Prior experience includes the role of Voice of Customer Manager at Aritzia, where Siya established the vision for the company's VoC program and translated insights into actionable solutions. Additionally, Siya held various positions at lululemon from 2011 to 2018, including roles focused on guest experience, vendor communications, and digital engagement. An entrepreneur, Siya founded woodwinked & co., a handcrafted skincare company. Siya holds an MBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and a BA in Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
