Glenn Westbrook worked as a B class welder at National Tank Co from July 1977 to 1979. Later, Glenn joined Coast Electric Power Association in October 1979, where Glenn worked until their retirement. In their role as Joint Use/Special projects Coordinator, Glenn was responsible for coordinating various projects. Glenn attended Harrison Central High School from 1974 to 1977 and then completed their education at Temple Bible College from 1994 to 1996.
