Vijay Dharman

Vijay Dharman has extensive experience in the hotel industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Coast Hotels since October 2017, overseeing a 300-room downtown hotel with distinctive features such as 55" LED TVs and electric bidet seats in all rooms. Prior to this role, Vijay held the position of General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, managing a 136-room corporate business hotel, and served as the Director of Food and Beverage at various establishments, including Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel and Ottawa Marriott Hotel. Starting in 1994, Vijay has accumulated experience in several food and beverage management roles, ultimately leading to senior positions in prestigious hotel chains. Vijay holds a Hotel Management Degree from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Bangalore.
