Ranoo Jaswal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and community support. Currently serving as a People and Culture Partner at WorkSafeBC since June 2018, Ranoo provides guidance on team effectiveness, performance management, and recruitment processes. Previously, Ranoo held roles as a People and Culture Initiatives Advisor and OAIII, focusing on corporate orientation programs and claims processing, respectively. In addition, Ranoo works as a Community Mental Health Worker at Coast Mental Health, assisting tenants with housing barriers related to mental health and substance use. Ranoo's background also includes serving as a Program Leader for the City of Burnaby, where program facilitation and participant engagement were key responsibilities. Ranoo holds a Human Resource Management diploma with Distinction from BCIT and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University.

For 45+ years, Coast Mental Health has been empowering people living with mental illness by providing three essential pillars of sustained recovery: housing, support services, and employment/education.
