Lee McWilliams has worked in various roles since 2001. In 2001, they were a Group Coordinator at Consolidated Freightways, where they coordinated and supervised the CFMovesU program and helped restructure the CFMovesU department to increase efficiencies. From 2003 to 2009, they worked at LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated as a Sales Support Manager, Sales Support Specialist, and Senior Account Coordinator. In 2009, they became the Community Relations Director at Home Instead Senior Care, where they built the Home Instead Senior Care brand in Clark County, prospected and cold called on businesses to build a referral base, and developed strong relationships with key referral providers. In 2010, they became the Channel Account Manager - Midwest Territory at CRU-DataPort, where they actively recruited resellers, engaged and trained small, medium business resellers to increase their product knowledge and offerings, and created marketing and selling strategies to engage resellers and increase sales. Finally, since 2013, Lee has been the Regional Sales Manager at Coast Products Company, where they are responsible for the growth and development of national and major accounts in the Industrial market, oversees and manages sales rep groups in the industrial and automotive markets for all of Canada, the Rocky Mountains, and the Pacific Northwest, and has direct sales responsibility for key accounts in Washington and Oregon for Sporting Goods and the Law Enforcement market.
Lee McWilliams attended the University of Washington from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics.
