Del Valle Michael

Del Valle Michael serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Coast Professional, Inc. since April 2021, where responsibilities include providing legal guidance, overseeing the compliance management system, and managing the compliance team, including the Legal/Regulatory and Quality Assurance Departments. Prior to this role, Del Valle was a Partner at Sessions, Israel & Shartle from January 2007 to April 2021, developing compliance initiatives for numerous client agencies. Experience also includes serving as Director of Compliance and Process Excellence at Firstsource Solutions from December 2003 to December 2006, and as Vice President of Training and Development at HSBC from April 1997 to December 2003, focusing on regulatory compliance training and successful audit outcomes. Early career experience involved serving as the Responsible Attorney in the Collection Department at Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP from April 1996 to April 1997. Del Valle holds a J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and Sociology from the University at Buffalo.
