Laura Disabato

Laura DiSabato, MBA, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources with over 16 years of experience. Laura is currently serving as the Senior Vice President/Director of Human Resources at CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Encompass Health as the Director of Human Resources from July 2018 to May 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Strand Hospitality Services from August 2014 to July 2018. Laura also has experience in the education sector, having worked at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. Laura served as the Human Resources Manager (Classification and Compensation) from November 2006 to August 2014, and as a Human Resources Specialist (Employment) from December 2005 to November 2006.

Laura DiSabato has a strong educational background in business and human resources. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business (Human Resources) from Central Michigan University in 2005. Laura furthered their education by obtaining an MBA from Coastal Carolina University in 2012. Additionally, they hold a high school diploma from Cadillac High School, which they obtained in 2001. Laura has also achieved several certifications in their field, including a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in 2015 and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2009.
