Julianne Willis

Julianne Willis has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with their most recent role being the Chief Operating Officer at Coastal Carolina Health Care starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Patient Services and Experience at the same organization from June 2019 to March 2020. Before joining Coastal Carolina Health Care, Willis worked as the Performance Improvement Coordinator at CarolinaEast Health System from August 2018 to June 2019. Julianne also has a significant background in process improvement and quality assurance, having held various roles at Duke University Health System. These roles included Strategic Services Associate-Improvement Specialist, Enhanced Services Program Coordinator, Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance Program Coordinator, and Staff Assistant. Willis also had a previous role as a Research Analyst at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where they conducted research studies and managed data.

Julianne Willis completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biology from Meredith College, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health Care Management from the College of Business at East Carolina University, which they completed in 2015.
