Jolene Chan

Jolene Chan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Coastal Cloud since October 2021. Prior to this, Jolene was the Chief Impact Officer at Traction on Demand from December 2020 to October 2021. With a background in managing consulting and professional services, Jolene has held leadership positions at companies like Bluewolf, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Enamics, Inc., and Arthur Andersen. Jolene has experience in building purpose-led organizations, managing large consulting teams, and implementing content management systems. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University School of Management and has also completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
