Marcia Smith

Marcia Smith is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Coastal since April 2015, Marcia has also held the position of Director of Finance at Coastal Cloud, where strategic initiatives included transitioning to a new payroll company and implementing a new accounting method to support rapid growth. Prior to this, Marcia served as CFO at Imgen Technologies, overseeing financial operations for a life sciences manufacturer representative group. Marcia's career began at Accenture, where responsibilities as a Senior Manager included leading large systems implementation projects across sectors such as Financial Services and Healthcare. Marcia holds a B.S. in Commerce, with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce.
