Eric De La Zerda began their career as a Senior Accountant at Whitehorse Productions before transitioning to the banking industry. At Umpqua Bank, Erica held various roles including Vice President and Fraud Director, Vice President & Operations Process Risk Manager, Assistant Vice President & Operations Risk Manager, and Systems Analyst II. Erica joined Coastal Community Bank in May 2022 as the SVP & CCBX Head of Risk. Their responsibilities have included managing operations process risk management departments, overseeing bank-wide operating/signing/approval authorities programs, and serving as a project member/risk consultant on multiple projects. Their educational background includes a Certificate in Executive Leadership - Finance and Banking from CBA Executive Banking School and a degree from the University of Phoenix.
