Dana Hardman is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in data services and architecture, currently serving as the VP of Data Services & Architecture at RegEd since August 2011. In this role, Dana has successfully orchestrated yearly roadmaps that align with product changes and reduce technical debt, while also strategically aligning data teams to support business needs and career growth. Previous experiences include serving as the Director of Data Architecture and Services at RegEd, where Dana focused on architecture, infrastructure, and data service delivery, as well as roles as a Database Administrator and Data Architect. Prior to RegEd, Dana worked as a Senior Database Administrator at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, managing enterprise databases, and held progressive roles at Nortel, culminating in a position as Master Data Management Solutions Architect. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business from North Carolina State University.
