Mia Vista Perez

Mia Vista Perez, MS-LHRD, CUCME, PMP, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Coastal Credit Union since September 2023. Previously, Perez held various leadership positions at SECU, including Associate Executive Vice President of Engagement and Senior Vice President of Culture and Employee Experience, from June 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes over 15 years at Louisiana Federal Credit Union as Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Marketing and Business Development, along with roles at GNO Federal Credit Union, Innovista Solutions, Inc., Oreck Corporation, and Jefferson Financial Federal Credit Union. Perez holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Tulane University.
