Pam Banks

Pam Banks is an experienced IT Business Applications Analyst II at Coastal Credit Union, with a career spanning from May 2000 to the present. Banks has played a crucial role in transforming the collections department into a new core processing system and developing a separate collections system platform. Previous experience includes serving as a Loss Mitigation Supervisor, where Banks managed a team focused on recovering charged-off debt and overseeing bankruptcy and legal proceedings. Additionally, in the role of Collector, Banks was responsible for recovering delinquent consumer and second mortgage loans and assisted in the repossession of collateral. Prior to Coastal Credit Union, Banks worked as a Loan Officer and Member Service Representative at Lynchburg Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union from August 1987 to March 2000. Banks holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Virginia Community College.
