Lisa James is the Director at COASTAL GEORGIA AREA COMMUNITY ACTION AUTHORITY INC. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Vice President - Contact Center Unit Manager at Modern Woodmen of America from July 2009 to November 2011. In this role, they collaborated with technology and leadership teams to develop, manage, and implement a plan to integrate banking and brokerage support functionality through technology and business process improvement. Lisa also managed three different segments within Wealth Management Banking Support Functions with a span of control of between 87 and 120 Associates.
In April 2012, Lisa became the Vice President- Banking Center Manager at Bank of America and held this position until September 2014. As the Banking Center Manager, they oversaw and managed operations, workflow, and efficiency for Fulfillment and Supervisory Support Teams. Lisa was also the Liaison to Wealth Management Bankers and built cross line business partnerships while collaborating on and executing strategic business plans which supported Sales and Service Fulfillment for Wealth Management Clients across three geographic regions.
Lisa James has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Jacksonville University, an Associate of Arts in Public Administration from Mitchell College, and a Certification from NAIFA in the NAIFA Quality Award - Life Insurance and Annuities. Lisa also has a Certification from Kinder Brothers International in the Certified Fraternal Field Manager Degree, as well as certifications from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 26, 63, and 6.
