Frank McCrady

Frank McCrady is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and integrations, currently serving as Vice President of ISV Integrations at Coastal Pay since September 2020, specializing in integrated payment solutions for software companies. Previously, Frank held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales at EC Navi Inc. from September 2011 to August 2020, where a U.S. sales team was successfully established. Prior to that, Frank was Vice President of Sales at e-Rewards from July 2003 to August 2011, achieving significant revenue growth from $600,000 to $400 million before the company was sold for nearly $1 billion. Frank's career began at IBM, where valuable skills in consultative selling and strategic account management were developed from May 1993 to September 1998.
