Robert Seemann currently serves as the Coastal Resources Scientist Manager at the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority since October 2025. Prior to this, Robert worked as a Natural Resources Specialist for the U.S. Forest Service from July 2023 to September 2025, focusing on the Urban & Community Forestry National Program. Robert's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Baton Rouge Green, where roles included Director of Operations, Louisiana Community Forests State Coordinator, and Program Director from September 2012 to July 2023. Robert holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University, alongside two Bachelor of Science degrees in Forest Management/Forest Resources Management from the University of Montana, obtained in April 2001.
