Ben Texler

Ben serves as a Partner of Coastal Ridge and as President of Coastal Ridge Management directing all aspects of the management operating platform and overseeing the $2.4 billion multifamily portfolio. He is also a member of Coastal Ridge’s board of directors responsible for the company’s long-term vision, growth, and ongoing excellence.

Prior to joining Coastal Ridge in 2014, Ben served as Investment Manager for OhioHealth Corporation, a nonprofit healthcare system, where he was responsible for the research and operational aspects of a multi-billion-dollar pool of pension and corporate assets within the treasury team. He also has extensive financial planning experience working with individuals and small businesses. A graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of Columbus. Ben and his family reside in Columbus, Ohio.
